As a made-to-order business, we are already completing with fast fashion. A lot of time and effort goes into making our products and this is reflected in our pricing. Unfortunately discounts aren't something we currently offer, however will plan to launch discount events where promo codes will be offered for a certain period of time. Keep an eye out!

We do! We have e-gift cards and physical vouchers available. These can be found in our store and they can be redeemed against any product or service.

Any items available to purchase on our website are eligible for a refund, providing that they are standard sizing and made in one of our stocked fabrics. Items that aren't eligible for a refund are: Any items with design adjustments Customised Products Personalised Products Custom Orders As these items have been modified or custom made, theres very little chance that we would be able to resell these items. Unfortunately any custom items are none refundable.

We have a selection of signature items which are permanently available on our online store. We are in the process of adding products back onto our website, so it might be that the product you are after has not yet been added. Please note that as we are Custom Clothing Design Specialists, a lot of our posts advertise our custom orders and unfortunately aren't available to purchase on our website.

The time it takes to make your order depends on a lot of changing factors, such as; how busy we are, what your product is, how many products you have ordered and if you've made any adjustments to your product(s). As we're a made-to-order business, we make all of our products from scratch - so we're unable to ship these straight out to you. We aim to get orders out as soon as possible, please be patient with us! For more information with regards to turn-around times, please visit our 'About' page.

Custom orders can take anywhere between 2-8 months, depending on the product. Theres a lot of processes that we need to go through in order to reach the final product, so this takes time. We recommend enquiry well before your event, and you can let us know any dates that your item will be required for. We'll be in touch as soon as possible to discuss whether or not we'd be able to fit your order in. If your event is short notice, theres probably not an awful lot we can do at this stage - but still pop us an email. Shy bairns get nowt and all. If you're wanting something by the weekend, custom probably isn't suitable for your requirements - but maybe next time!

Please always message us before placing gift orders, we wouldn't want to disappoint you! If you're ordering scrunchies, these can probably be completed and shipped within a couple of days. However clothing takes much longer and can be a number of weeks, even months, depending on what you would like to order. If you get in contact about when you would need your item, we'll be able to advise you then. Alternatively we have gift cards available which can be used towards any of our online products, OR custom orders!
